Skin Care Specialist

Position Summary:

The Skin Care Specialist is primarily responsible for providing members, guests, and corporate clients with facial and body treatments. The Skin Care Specialist is also responsible for assisting in the growth of the spa department and their shift through self-promotion. This position needs to be strong in retail sales and experienced in Brazilian waxing.

The Skin Care Specialist assumes an attitude of ownership and accountability for Club One Core Values and Purpose Statement as well as Building Blocks for A Great Member Experience.

Essential Functions:

• Say "Hi", acknowledge and encourage members, show your enthusiasm and friendliness… SMILE!
• Be responsive to our members
• Communicate products needed for treatments
• Implement treatments and introduce product lines
• Perform a variety of facials, waxing, and body treatments for members and guests
• Work together as a TEAM
• Assist in training new Aestheticians in facial and body treatments protocols
• Educate Spa department on facial products and promotions
• Keep the clubs well-stocked and really CLEAN!
• Maintain a clean and well stocked treatment room
• Say "Thank You," "Good-bye," or some other farewell.

Other Functions:

• Meet with Spa Lead on a monthly basis
• Maintain 25 hours of additional training per year
• Have Fun!

Minimum Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
• 1 yr. experience in spa industry.
•  License by the State Board of Cosmetology as a Licensed Esthetician.
