Eze Software Group (Eze Software) is currently seeking entry-level candidates to join the Eze OMS Leadership Development Program as a QA Analyst or Connectivity Consultant in its Boston office. Through extensive, hands-on training in the investment management industry and the technology that drives it you will develop the necessary skills to become a successful Business Consultant or other investment technology professional at Eze Software Group. The Eze OMS™, Eze Software Group’s award-winning order management system (OMS), has been a market leader since its launch in 1995. It is used by over 500 investment managers to streamline their investment process. The Eze OMS provides the functionality to support Portfolio Modeling & Analytics, Compliance, Trading, Operations, and Data Management.

Leadership Program at a Glance:

Our primary objective is to recruit extremely talented and professional individuals and actively build their leadership, business and technology skills.  Individuals hired for the program will be placed into the QA Analyst position or the Connectivity Consultant position upon entry into the program. In these positions, you will learn about the investment management industry through real-world application of skills, and participate in “shadow” opportunities with several other divisions within the company.  The description of each of these roles is as follows:

QA Analyst

• Learn how our clients use our software to handle their daily trading activities including portfolio management, electronic trading and settlement processes by working in mock client environments

• Test Eze products as if you were a client of ours (traders, brokers, and portfolio managers) 

• Work alongside our Product Management and Development teams in delivering cutting edge technology and new functionality to the market

Connectivity Consultant

• Implement and support electronic trading connections via the FIX (Financial Information Exchange) protocol, and work directly with our consulting teams, clients, brokers, and third parties on new client implementations

• Learn how our clients use our software to handle their daily trading activities including portfolio management, electronic trading and settlement processes by providing trade execution support, data management, and trade connection services

• Build relationships with prominent prime and executing brokers, custodians and administrators while working to implement and support data connections between our clients and these third parties

Who We Are Looking For:

• Recent college graduates with strong academic credentials from top schools who have the aptitude to learn new technologies and processes, and are looking to work with hedge funds and traditional asset managers

• Motivated professionals who thrive in pressure situations and have an interest in both technology and the global financial markets
