Director of Marketing & Education

ConAm Management Corporation is looking for a Director of Marketing and Education to support our Roseville regional office.  The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with strong market analysis, communication, and presentation skills.  The Director of Marketing and Education will be responsible for establishing marketing strategies and plans for each of our apartment communities (based on its position in the market) and manage/coordinate ConAm’s educational training programs for all associates in the region.  This position will represent ConAm as a marketing spokesperson in trade organizations and events. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of previous marketing and education/training experience
• Property management experience
• Ability to facilitate and instruct training programs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage
