Do you have a record of leading wildly successful new product launches? Have you cracked the code for driving consumer engagement and loyalty? Have you led the direction of product roadmaps by mining key insights from product usage data? Have you helped lead the implementation of CRM or lifecycle marketing software platforms? If so, we want to talk to you.
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the development of NetSpend’s product marketing team. This is a new role with high visibility throughout the company. Primary goals for the product marketing group include the development of positioning and core messaging for all of NetSpend’s product and features, leading successful new product launches, rationalizing pricing across the product portfolio, and driving increased engagement with NetSpend’s products and features.
Payments/financial services experience is preferred but exceptions are possible for an ideal candidate who can demonstrate the transferability of his/her skills. What is more important is that you can demonstrate real success at getting consumers deeply engaged with a product or service through insight-generated messaging, ultimately leading to greater lifetime value.
