Currently we are seeking Fire Safety Directors for premier commercial buildings in NYC.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

 

Must have a valid F58 license from the FDNY. (Must have previously passed a FDNY on-site examination)

Must have a valid New York State Security Guard License.

Must have open availability.

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills are a necessity.

Must be capable of writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Must have interpersonal skills interacting with a variety of persons including: clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.

Provides customer service in accordance with company established standards and expectations.

Be capable of patrolling and standing a post.
