Application / Web Developer
Game Theory is seeking a highly motivated Application/Web Developer with core strengths in PHP/MySQL to join our cutting edge "Appenda" team to develop an industry leading toolkit ready for mobile applications. This developer will work on our Appenda Ad Network to enhance the tools available to our Developer/Publishers to allow for additional marketing and monetization methods.
 

The developer is expected to have deep knowledge in client/server development. We seek individuals that are excellent communicators, manage their time well, have high energy level and can work independently after a complete project briefing, or effectively and reliably in a team environment on larger projects.
 

Requirements:
• 3+ years of PHP5 web development experience
• MySQL - experience and proficiency required, extra weight given to candidates with experience on high load databases
• AJAX, Javascript, XML - experience and demonstrable understanding of the client-server relationship
• Basic Command-Line Unix/Linux administration, revision control, MVC framework experience
• Experience working with high-traffic environments

Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with performance marketing and/or in-depth reporting
• Recommendations from valued Internet industry companies/professionals
• Experience with caching (memcached)/queuing (redis)
