We are currently looking for great Kitchen Team Members (Sandwich/Salad Maker) to join our team in Bellevue!
Essential Duties:
1. Open and close the sandwich/salad bar, restocking fresh ingredients, organizing and cleaning as necessary
2. Perform any necessary kitchen prep and slice our fresh-baked breads
3. Become familiar with our sandwich and salad recipes, but maintain an attention to detail in order to correctly prepare any customer-modified orders
4. Work with a sense of urgency in order to fulfill all over-the-counter, priority pickup, and catering orders of salads and sandwiches
5. Work as part of a fast-moving team, communicate effectively with all kitchen team members
6. Perform other specified duties per Daily Deployment Chart (DDC), which may include customer service
What We Need From You:
- Be physically able to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet
- Safely lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds while wearing a back support belt
- Have ability to perform basic mathematics on the spot
- Show sharp attention to detail
- Excellent guest service skills
