Engineering Rotational Program Description: Trainees will be assigned one year training rotations in different areas of the company including foundry engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or facilities engineering. Upon completion of the training program, trainees are permanently assigned to a position that best matches his/her career interests and strengths.
