Tenure Track Assistant Professor
Requirements: Earned doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Science with evidence of leadership in research and scholarship. Candidates with certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and eligibility for NYS licensure are preferred. Clinical and supervisory experience is desirable. Applicants should be qualified to teach undergraduate, master's, and doctoral-level courses in at least 3 of the following areas: Speech Science (including Articulatory Phonetics, Acoustic Phonetics, Speech Perception, Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech Mechanism), Voice/Voice Disorders, Instrumentation, and Research Methodology. Responsibilities include teaching, academic advising, conducting research, and serving on department, school, and university committees.
