IMP Solutions is presently seeking Adobe LiveCycle Consultants for full-time employment in its Business Process Management (BPM) unit.

The BPM group at IMP Solutions is executing on a vision to “empower people by accelerating green business transformation.” The BPM group brings forward high-performing GreenFORMS solutions to the government public sector and across different verticals in the private sector. At the heart of GreenFORMS is Adobe LiveCycle, a software platform that is having a significant impact on every organization that adopts it.
Job Responsibilities:
o Work on-site to complete project deliverables set by customer requirements
o Analyze and document customers' needs to determine customized technical solutions
o Understand customer requirements and assist with new product design as required
o Provide clients with consulting services, project management services in some situations, product information and systems consulting
o Research and establish necessary processes, data structures, parameters and other technology-related tasks
o Design and develop applications and/or make modifications according to client needs
o Provide guidance and expert counsel to clients on use of technology
o Provide mentorship, knowledge transfer and/or or training, as required
o Provide periodic project updates to internal company management and external clients, as required
o Maintain positive client relationship on a day-to-day basis
o Maintain and enhance subject matter / technical expertise
* Mandatory Requirements:
o 4+ years of experience in direct technical consulting demonstrating technical experience in Enterprise-Level consulting.
o 3+ years of experience (in the past five years) in the development of electronic dynamic forms and workflows, preferably using the Adobe LiveCycle platform.
o Solid technical experience with J2EE, Java Scripting and Application Servers (JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic), and with at least one of the following DBMS: mySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2.
o Demonstrated project experience implementing or integrating systems with one or more of the following: SAP, FileNet, RDIMS, LDAP, Content Management (e.g. SharePoint) or other ERP and CRM systems.
o Capable of obtaining a valid PWGSC Security clearance (Current holders of clearances are preferred).
* Other Requirements:
o Full cycle project experience delivered under formal project management practices and using standard development methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall).
o Ability to deal with all levels (technical, management, executives) within IMP as well as within the customer/project teams.
o Ability to analyze technical requirements, implement technical solutions and communicate effectively with all parties throughout the project.
o Strong presentation and communication skills
o Bilingualism is an asset
