CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

IMP Customer Care is seeking “Customer Care Specialists” to join our growing team.  If you are interested in a career in Market Research and have Customer Service experience, this job might be just for you.

Duties

▪ Conduct Market Research surveys over the telephone

▪ Collect data for Market Research purposes

▪ Verify and edit data

Qualifications:

▪ Key Boarding  skills

▪ Excellent communication skills

▪ Excellent listener

▪ Working knowledge of computers

▪ Able to work shifts (days, evenings, & weekends)

▪ Dependable   

▪ Ability to work as an integral part of a team

▪ Customer service experience an asset

▪ Minimum Grade 12 completion
