DUTIES:

Conduct telephone interviews for research purposes only - no selling is involved.

Conduct interviews and accurately record responses directly into a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system.

Check information gathered for completeness and accuracy.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Customer Service experience an asset
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of computers
Skills:

Bilingualism an asset; must be fluent in English.

Excellent communication, reading, listening, computer, telephone and people skills

Strong work ethic & attention to detail

Above average spelling and grammar capabilities.

Previous experience with call centre and/or telephone and/or market research and/or dealing with the public are assets but not requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to type 25 wpm.
