Description

DUTIES:

  • Conduct telephone interviews for research purposes only - no selling is involved.
  • Conduct interviews and accurately record responses directly into a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system.
  • Check information gathered for completeness and accuracy.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Customer Service experience an asset

Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of computers

Skills:

  • Bilingualism an asset; must be fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication, reading, listening, computer, telephone and people skills
  • Strong work ethic & attention to detail
  • Above average spelling and grammar capabilities.
  • Previous experience with call centre and/or telephone and/or market research and/or dealing with the public are assets but not requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Ability to work as integral part of a team
