Description

Position Overview:

To conduct telephone interviews on diverse subjects and document responses.  This is not a sales position.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Conduct telephone interviews for research purposes
  • Accurately record responses directly into a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system
  • Review gathered information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain required number of complete interviews per hour

Position Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Strong literacy skills including above average spelling, grammer and reading ability
  • Ability to build rapport with respondents over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Previous contact centre/customer service experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
