Job Duties:

Provide training input, and staff and technical support to ensure that Space training requirements’ development activities support the Warfighter’s needs for current and future operations and missions.  This shall include interfacing with AFSPACE, DISA, USNORTHCOM, STRATCOM, Army National Guard (ARNG), and TRADOC.  The contractor will provide staff and technical input, oversight, and coordination to Space training activities and produce products such as, but not limited to Mission Training Plans (MTPs), Soldiers Manual/Training Guidance (SM/TG), Drills and Certification products under the following systems: the Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS), Commercial Exploitation Team (CET), Army Space Support Team (ARSST), Space Support Element (SSE), Space Control, and SATCOM.  The contractor shall develop, coordinate and refine all products with the Space Brigade and the SMDC/ARSTRAT G-Staff.  Develop, produce, modify, update, integrate, and coordinate Space TSP products including Lesson Plans (LPs), presentations, tests, Practical Exercises (PEs), homework assignments, and scenarios. Develop, produce, review, coordinate, execute, provide oversight and analysis of  Space NET/UGT related requirements, documents, and course/class TSPs which includes LPs, presentations, tests, PEs, homework assignments, and scenarios.  Provide staff and technical support ensuring that Institutional Space training requirements and development activities support the Warfighter’s needs for current and future operations and missions.  The contractor will provide staff and technical input, oversight, and coordination to all Space training.
