| Description | |
Follows company recipe guidelines to prepare all Club Sushi kitchen menu items. Adheres to food preparation, food quality, and sanitation guidelines and standards. Communicates with fellow cooks, chefs, and management on progress of items as well as changes and/or issues. Must have extensive knowledge of menu items and be able to answer questions from other staff members. Responsible for setting up work area before the shift and conducting clean-up at the end of the shift.
