| Description | |
Follows company recipe guidelines to prepare all Club Sushi kitchen menu items. Adheres to food preparation, food quality, and sanitation guidelines and standards. Communicates with fellow cooks, chefs, and management on progress of items as well as changes and/or issues. Must have extensive knowledge of menu items and be able to answer questions from other staff members. Responsible for setting up work area before the shift and conducting clean-up at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
· One to two years Line Cook experience in a high volume restaurant
· Must have an understanding of federal, state, and local food sanitation regulations
· Must have a passion for providing an excellent dining experience for our guests and be a team player
· Ability to speak, read, and understand simple sentences in English in order to communicate clearly with guests and staff members, and to read recipe instructions and menu items
· High school diploma or its equivalent
