The Appointment Setting Specialist (PSR) is responsible for scheduling qualified, business-to-business appointments for field sale agents for Lawson Family of Businesses.

Essential functions shall include:

· Schedule qualified appointments for prospects

· Obtain leads for appointment setting, including soliciting leads from field sale agents and obtaining leads via the internet.

· Learn and implement the consultative sales process to discover needs to recommend and close the appointment.

· Educate prospects and accounts to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

· Communicate regularly with field sale agents to drive close rate on appointments

· Understand and execute all policies, procedures and reporting on a timely basis.

· Other duties may be assigned.

To be considered for Lawson Family of Businesses’ Appointment Setting Specialist position, qualified candidates must possess:

· A minimum of an associate’s degree and/or 1-4 years of experience in high volume outbound calling (70-100 calls per day) or in a related area

· Working knowledge of Excel data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and email programs

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced sales environment

· Drive and energy to achieve goals for appointments, phone time and dials

· Must have the ability to learn several product lines for all divisions
