  • Responsible for customer support (Helpdesk), moderation (abuse handling, law enforcement relations), translations and animation (newsletter and partnerships) for a specific territory;
  • Single point of contact for our members

Skills and Experience

  • Higher education degree;
  • Perfect knowledge (written and spoken) of the foreign language;
  • High level of social intelligence.
