Victaulic, the global leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, has the most tenured, largest, and well trained sales team in the industry, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join that team.
With more than 20 recent college graduates hired every year, we seek individuals who want a career in sales, not just a job. Our Sales Trainee program will provide you with the foundation for a successful career, whether this is your first job after college or if you have one to two years of work experience.
The Victaulic Sales Trainee program includes both field work and comprehensive training at our corporate headquarters in Easton, PA. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Victaulic products, learn about our solutions and sales cycle, and gain in-depth knowledge of the company and industry. This is a two-month commitment to prepare you to enter the field and eventually manage your own territory.
Victaulic is looking for self-starters who strive for the best-individuals with strong problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, a drive to succeed, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
Ideal candidates possess a four-year degree with previous sales or sales internship experience is a plus. Candidates must be open to travel and possible relocation. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION.
Our rewards package consists of a competitive base salary, incentive compensation plan, company automobile, and comprehensive benefit and retirement plans. Relocation assistance may also be provided.
