           NATIONAL WIRELESS PROVIDER ACCOUNT
 
A National Wireless Provider Representative is responsible for reviewing orders and authenticating the information provided by customers.  A National Wireless Provider Representative provides support to the Telesales Team to ensure minimal impact to the customer’s ordering experience. The National Wireless Provider Representative will use the information provided on the ordering application to quickly make an accurate and fair decision on the customer’s behalf. Desired skills for representatives include but are not limited to:

* Dependable
* Ability to work independently or in a team centered environment
* Multi-tasking
 
Courtesy and professionalism, as always, is a must
 
Additional Requirements are: In addition to passing a background check , it will be necessary to pass a strict credit check.

 Successful candidate must be available for any work schedule within the hours of operation.
Current account hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am thru 11:15pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am through 7:15pm and subject to change based on client needs.
 
Starting pay is $9.00 per hour for English and $9.50 per hour for bilingual agents. A merit review of potential 3% is available yearly.

SONY PLAYSTATION TECHNICAL SUPPORT
 
Employment of Technical Support Skills with Home AV Equipment.
a.       Technical support requiring the ability to listen to customer comments and make recommendations on network issues, online service issues, phone issues, remote control issues and hook up issues with home AV equipment.
b.       Ability to identify root cause of technical issues to place proper orders for exchanges, replacement parts and to correct and set channel lineups. 
 
Support customer through dealer calls to resolve outstanding technical issues with their equipment
 
1.       Employment of Customer Service skills.
a.       Utilize listening skills to identify customer issues/needs and find an appropriate resolution.
2.       Call Management of all Incoming and Outgoing Customer Calls/Vendor Calls.
a.       Identification of Call Type
b.       Control and Management of calls
C.   Sales of Protection Plan
  
Successful candidate must be available for any work schedule within the hours of operation which are Mon-Sun 7am-11pm, and are subject to change based on client needs.
 
Must be available for any schedule within the account hours and may be required to work on, the day before, and/or the day after, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or New Year's Day.
 
Base pay is $9.75 hr. and $.50 additional for Spanish Bilinguals taking calls. Differential pay, at an additional 10% of your base hourly wage
