We are looking for a Flash Developer!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·         Creating a variety of Interactive projects (including Web sites, CD-ROMs, and Custom Applications).

·         Developing and reviewing solution architecture and functional specifications.

·         Performing quality assurance testing on all projects.

·         Consulting with art directors to ensure web constraints are followed with regards to interface design.

·         Multitasking multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and maintaining deadlines and timelines.

·         Working with project management to deliver on time and within  

       budget.

Qualifications:

·         3+ years of experience as a developer of interactive projects.

·         BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.

·         Expert knowledge of Flash, Flash Video Encoder and ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0.

·         Fluent in HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, CSS and Web 2.0 technologies.

·         Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments.

·         Team-player.

·         Excellent attention to detail.
