We are presently seeking experienced Delay Experts to join us in various offices throughout the United States to provide construction claims support.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of expert reports and presentations
- Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays
- Perform productivity analysis and identify inefficiencies and other issues
- CPM schedule review, evaluation, development, and maintenance
- Recognize and use techniques such as collapsed as-built, impacted as-planned, and windows analysis
Requirements:
- Eight to twelve years experience required providing project scheduling and/or consulting services in the architectural/engineering/construction industry
- Experience in CPM scheduling, construction claims analysis, dispute resolution, and expert witness testimony
- Construction related management and supervisory experience desired along with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Individual must be degreed in engineering, architecture, or a related BS degree in a construction field
- Should posses either a license to practice either engineering or architecture
- Travel necessary
