We are presently seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant/VP to join us in Marlton, NJ to provide expert support/testimony for construction errors and omissions. We would also consider other locations such as, Washington DC, Tampa, FL, and San Diego, CA.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Errors and Omissions Expert will comment on technical issues regarding design errors and omissions and opine on the standard of care of architects.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 15-20 years experience.
- Four year college degree in Architecture is REQUIRED
- Expert must be a Registered Architect (RA)
- Must have testimony experience (cross examined) in Trial, Deposition, and/or Arbitration
