Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years work experience and a degree or working towards a degree from a two or four year college, community college or an accredited trade school. The candidate will have excellent administrative, organizational, communication and computer skills and be proficient, knowledgeable and able to assume full Helpdesk management for any and all of the various duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
 
Service, Maintenance, and Helpdesk Related Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer, Diagnose and Resolve Equipment Problems in the Field via the Helpdesk.
  • Prepare Reports based on Helpdesk Calls.
  • Maintain Stock of Replacement Equipment.
  • Other important Helpdesk management and administrative duties required to support and compliment the efforts of the Service & Maintenance Manager.
