Position Renewals Administrator
   

Experience: Minimum 1 year of related sales experience or hands on experience in a B2B customer handling role
   

Role Summary

Replicon is searching for candidates to join our successful team in a sales administrative capacity.  We are currently looking for self motivated, highly organized and energetic individuals who have a proven history of reaching goals.  The successful candidates will support the sales team by way of processing annual support renewals and exceeding renewal sales targets. 
   
 

The Renewals Administrator's are responsible for following up with customers to renew maintenance & support contracts on their previously purchased Replicon Software product(s).  Renewing maintenance is optional for Replicon's customers; therefore the incumbent of this role must have a sales focused and consultative approach to their daily responsibilities.  The majority of communication with customers is via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have excellent business communication skills.  It is of the utmost importance that the incumbent of this role have the ability to understand and relate the benefits of maintenance renewal to customers.  The Renewal Administrator must meet targets by ensuring invoices are sent according to the defined process created.
     

Core Accountabilities

  • Meet renewal targets by ensuring invoices are sent and follow up is made to the customers according to the defined process created
  • Coordinate client emails, maintain follow and pro-active communication to clients
  • Maintain data within the CRM (customer relationship management) software
  • Update the client database, complete monthly invoicing and collection of renewal fees
  • Make a commitment to meet renewal targets and work independently to improve the current process
       
     

Qualifications

  • You should be a graduate with good business communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills / active listening skills
  • Passion for sales, customer handling, and target oriented.
  • Strong proficiency with computers (MS Excel, Word, Adobe, etc)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work with multiple departments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment / time management skills
