Experience: 2 to 3 years of similar recruitment experience.

Role Summary

Replicon is searching for a results-oriented individual who is committed to excellence to join our successful team as an ITES / BPO Recruiter.  Working closely with the Hiring Managers, the person who fills this position will be responsible for sourcing / head hunting, screening, administering technical tests, conducting interviews, completing reference checks and assisting in managing the company’s growth.  At Replicon, we strive to find the top talent in all departments, therefore collaborating with all involved Hiring Manager on their interview feedback is essential to the success in filling positions.  

 

Work Timings:  Coordination with the Canadian office is a must for this individual, so should be flexible with shift timings.

 

Core Accountabilities

  • Sourcing candidates – building a database of candidates for applicable roles
  • Phone screening candidates on the basis of their fit for the applicable role
  • Administer and supervise technical testing
  • Conduct panel interviews with the Hiring Manager(s) and take detailed notes
  • Review and evaluate test and interview results
  • Complete reference check and/or background check process
  • Review employment offers with candidates and when necessary negotiate the offers

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably for ITES / BPO roles
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confident in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Resourceful, driven individual, able to handle multiple projects 
  • Able to prioritize tasks; flexible to handle shifting priorities when situations arise
