Our PICS institutional equity sales managers are responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s relationships with equity sell side firms and salespeople, and maximizing the value of those relationships.  PICS is a hybrid investment initiative that combines sell-side discretionary trade ideas with our quantitative strategies.  The ideal candidate will either have 4-7 years of experience in an equity sales role within the financial services industry, or will have worked for a buy side firm, managing relationships with sell side equity sales desks.  Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a top university.  Other essentials include an exceptional knowledge of professional and institutional trading, strong analytical and communication skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.  Familiarity with alpha generation or electronic trading ideas is also a plus.
