We are looking for a payroll specialist to join our HR team. In this role, your responsibilities will include: processing payroll for the US and UK offices as well as additional locations around the world as the firm expands; managing payroll audits and ensuring compliance with US and UK tax requirements; administering the firm’s employee deferred compensation program; and building a variety of HR reports.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a combination of strong interpersonal, technical, analytical and administrative skills. Candidates must have: a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; at least 5 years of experience in a similar role; a solid working knowledge of ADP Pay eXpert and databases; and exceptionally strong Excel skills. Successful candidates will be extremely detail-oriented, trustworthy, and excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
