We are looking for a proactive, outgoing, results-oriented recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for: partnering with hiring managers to define search requirements and create targeted job descriptions; developing effective strategies for sourcing and evaluating candidates; and implementing those strategies to fill a broad range of open positions across the firm.
Candidates should possess: a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a top university; a very strong academic record; exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to exercise discretion and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; strong communication skills (both written and verbal); and a meticulous attention to detail. This position involves a significant amount of phone work, exceptional client relationship building and networking skills. Experience in recruiting, marketing or sales is a plus but not a requirement.
