Two Sigma seeks talented Java programmers to join a team developing our next-generation multi-asset, multi-market, distributed automated trading platform. In consultation with our world class researchers, engineers, and traders, candidates will have the opportunity to design and implement a real-time, flexible, and robust large-scale enterprise system.

We are always looking to incorporate modern software development practices into the group; we make use of Design Patterns and Service-Oriented Architecture throughout the firm. Our team is responsible for day-to-day operations of our software, which gives us hands-on experience with the following technologies: Linux, Java 6, SQL Server, Hibernate, JMS, Tibco Rendezvous, AJAX and JUnit. Developers who join this team will have the opportunity to set technical and architectural direction for the group and the firm.
