Position Description:
An Integration Consultant will work in small teams to architect and develop business application integration mechanisms for our clients. These solutions will likely include some combination of integration tools (eConnect, Scribe, BizTalk) and SQL Server tools (SSIS, T-SQL) required to perform data conversion or ongoing system integration efforts. Integration consultants may also create modifications to Microsoft Dynamics Solutions (primarily GP), so an understanding of .Net technologies is mandatory (VB .Net, C#).
An Integration Consultant will be part of one or multiple teams, which will use problem-solving skills to develop and implement business solutions for Tribridge clients. Each Integration Consultant will be placed on a project team that will be defined and organized according to the skills and experience required to develop the right business solution. The Consultant will help plan and execute detailed tasks on projects and may play a project management role for smaller clients and projects.
An Integration Consultant will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery. An Integration Consultant will spend a portion of their time meeting with potential clients to understand their business needs and scoping an appropriate solution. This may include the writing and delivery of proposals to perform the work. The Consultant will also be expected to participate in developing team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks.
Consulting work will be performed at our client sites, or Tribridge offices. Integration Consultants may also work from home, if appropriate, for the current project. Some amount of overnight travel (approximately 15% to 50%) is inherent in any consulting business and will be required of our team members. Client locations may also be spread out over a geographic area and may require additional daily driving time for team members to reach their work site. Tribridge will reimburse for mileage and out of town travel expenses incurred while working on client sites according to the Tribridge stated policies.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, understand and document client requirements
- Design and develop data conversion and business application integrations using: BizTalk, SSIS/DTS, T-SQL, Scribe, eConnect, VB. Net, C#, VBA,WCF etc.
- Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings
- Understand business processes and how technology enables those processes
Education, Certifications and Experience:
- 4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent, preferred
- Microsoft Certification preferred
- Proven project experience with MS Dynamics preferred
- Minimum of 2-4-years in Visual Studio, VB .Net, C#
- Minimum of 2-4-years in database skills (Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or above, ADO, T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
- Proven experience and enjoys integration and data conversion activities
- Preferred experience in these technologies:

· Scribe
· XML/XSLT
· Any other integration tools (e.g. GP Integration Manager, SL Object Model, NAV Data Ports,WCF, AIF etc.) |
