Management Training

Accompanied with weekly development reviews and a Training Support Person your training with CPK will prepare you to not only oversee a restaurant but run a business. Upon completion of training you will be ready to participate in a variety of development opportunities. From MSDW, a Management Skills and Development Workshop to Management Decathlons, a 10-event skills challenge that combines fun and development with Regional Directors and Regional Trainers and also our RTM Program, which allows managers within our stores to become a coach and mentor to increase training and development within each region. CPK will also provide you with a Career Path for guidance towards each position to keep you informed and on course for the next step in your career. This development is enhanced when we combine it with multiple mentors at various levels to keep your career focused and moving in a forward direction. Incentive Programs

When it comes to rewards, CPK is an industry leader. In addition to excellent pay and 401(k) match programs we also offer generous bonuses. Managers receive quarterly performance bonuses based on 10% of their base salary, Assistant General Managers/Kitchen Managers on 20% of their salary and General Managers on 30%.

The incentive program for Senior General Managers delivers increased compensation and added perks... an unlimited Platinum CPK Dining Card, participation in retreats, plus much more. Our Senior GM compensation package can exceed $100,000 a year!
