EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As Executive Assistant to one of our Managing Directors, you will be his right-hand person, acting as the primary administrative liaison between his office and the organization, interfacing as well with all high-level external contacts and constituents. You will develop efficient office management processes in all the following areas: prioritizing and scheduling meetings and calls; compiling minutes, preparing correspondence; filing documents; and handling travel requests and expense claims. You will be expected to perform your duties with quality, accuracy and timeliness.
You have a university-level education and a minimum of 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a top leadership position in an international organization or a global enterprise.
You have demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship skills coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English and French (proficiency in German is not required but would be beneficial). You have the maturity, poise and diplomacy to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You are also proficient in MS Office.
