As a result of the successful growth of our organization we are now searching for a
RESEARCH & DATA MANAGER
You will be responsible for proactively and systematically researching, updating and controlling the quality of information for all the external contacts of the World Economic Forum (data entry, phone follow-up, newspaper reading, etc.), and you will participate in regular quality control efforts. You will be handling membership registrations and cancellations, collaborating with relevant teams on promotions and mailings. You will act as the support person to in-house teams in terms of database updating. You will also provide on-site support in a variety of service roles for events and meetings.
You preferably have a university degree and 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role. You have a strong command of written and spoken English and are computer literate and proficient on MS Office tools, especially Excel. You have a service-oriented attitude and are comfortable using the telephone to provide or solicit information in support of the mission of the World Economic Forum. In addition to English and French, other European languages are an asset. Database update experience is a plus.
