Analyzes, schedules, develops training programs under the guidance of the Training Director. Facilitates training for Universal Bankers, CSA II, CSAs, and provides on-site training in specialized areas of operations; dates and maintains training records; Assists Training Director with maintaining department training and travels to remote training locations; Coordinates training with external venders and assists in making recommendations for purchasing training materials. Provides exceptional internal and external customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution is required
• General knowledge of business management, training or experience in instructing, and public speaking is preferred
• At least two years of prior training experience is preferred
• Must have a current knowledge and be proficient in operating computers, fax, and copy machine. Must be efficient with general business software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and possess the technical skills to master other training software.
• Must have a current knowledge and be proficient with operation of Streamline, and Vertex systems.
• Must be a self motivator, have a high level of integrity, capable of working with minimal supervision and accomplish all goals to the set standards
• Must have the ability to offer excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Must have analytical, organizational, leadership, public speaking, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with management, employees and outside vendors
• Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
• Must present a professional image
• Must have reliable transportation
