Summary:
A Banking Center Manager I must have exceptional customer service, sales, leadership and management skills. This employee must have a working knowledge of operations and the ability to develop and achieve Branch goals in accordance with the parameters defined by management. The Banking Center Manager I must consistently maintain a positive attitude, be a team player who is supportive of management and MidSouth Bank policies. Employees in this position are required to perform functionally to support a variety of sales and service functions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum – high school graduate
• Basic math aptitude and proficiency with skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Demonstrated positive academic record
• Achievement in social and/or extracurricular activities preferred
• Post high school education and/or two years work experience with the public preferred
• Must have a professional appearance and manner
• Must be self-motivated
• Verbal skills sufficient to understand memorandums, instructions, and Teller related forms and able to write in a clear, concise, and legible manner and have math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Excellent communications skills
• Supervisory and leadership skills, the ability to act fairly and decisively, have a positive attitude and coaching skills
• The individual must be able to work alone or in a team environment
• Ability to work under time constraints, use good judgment, and act in a tactful, professional, non-irritated manner while dealing with the public and fellow employees
