We’re looking for an exceptional visual designer – with a strong background in interactive design. This person will be working with a talented development team to create a compelling online social experience / branded interface. Our belief is that we want to engage people and create an experience – not simply an application.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing solutions that are leading edge, meaningful and usable.  Our goal is to change the way our users interact with one another and, ultimately, how we do business.
 
 
You will…
·         Create an overall brand (identity, visual language)

·         Extend the brand to an intuitive interactive model and user experience

·         Collaborate with the team on the design and prototype of user interfaces

·         Produce clean well executed design concepts

·         Use any number of tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects) to develop and communicate concepts
 

Qualifications:

·         This is an art/design position

·         5+ years design and interactive experience

·         Have an strong background in graphic design (brand development: logo, visual language, etc.)

·         Strong conceptual thinking – both stylistic and interactive

·         Be able to work on multiple aspects of the same project at the same time – with the flexibility to change focus quickly

·         Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive through to completion

·         Strong communication skills

·         Online Portfolio
