PR Intern - Brighton Job Purpose and Scope The Brighton, U.K.-based Public Relations Intern assists an extremely busy European PR department in a number of administrative tasks such as product mailings, clippings reports, update/maintaining media contact databases, formatting PR material such as press releases, and coordinating logistics for special events. The Intern will also be given writing tasks as assigned. This is a great wapositionsy to gain experience in video game publishing public relations.
A successful performer in this role will: · Strong written and spoken communication skills · Proactive nature; ability and desire to take on more projects of increasing responsibility · Strong organizational and follow-through skills · Ability to coordinate multiple complex tasks under deadline pressure · Ability to accurately report project status to senior members of the team and spot any workload problems so that deadlines are not missed · Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet searching · Outgoing, friendly personality passion for online entertainment is a plus · Additional European Language or Korean very desirable but not a must. Please note this role is a voluntary and is unpaid.
