Paragon Studios is seeking a veteran superhero Animator to join our quest to save the world. Bring your strength to our cause, inspire awe in those around you, work together with other superheroes and make our games great! These individuals will be given vast responsibility and control and will have the ability to contribute strongly to the game itself.

This individual must be passionate about games and able to animate with creativity, strong posing and excellent timing. Exciting actions and good quality cycles are what we’re looking for in a reel. If hired, you will be working on a wide variety of characters, creatures, vehicles and props. Effective communication with engineers and designers is critical.

Requirements

•Solid familiarity with the animation tools of a major 3D package (Maya, Max, XSI)

•Excellent 3D animation skills as demonstrated by your demo reel

•Strong knowledge of anatomy, proportions, weight and movement

•A passion for creating and playing video games

•Excellent communication and team skills

•Self motivated, with a strong work ethic

•Strong attention to detail

 Preferred

•Avid MMO player, especially of City of Heroes

•Rigging and scripting abilities

•Experience with unique or non-bipedal rigs

•Previous game development experience
