Requirements & Qualifications
What are the requirements for this position?

Definitely a must have…
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- A track record of success in your previous sales position(s)
- Professionalism, drive, tenacity, and a passion for web 2.0 technology
- Strong phone skills, good vocabulary, and a pleasant demeanor
- Bachelor’s Degree
You’ve been there, done that . . .
- You don’t hear the word “No”. Instead you hear “Call me next week”. You aren’t afraid to make 60 cold calls in a day.
- Your second home is the Internet. You read blogs, Twitter, have social networks and can find anything or anyone on-line.
- You value building relationships. You take pride in knowing your client’s budgets, handicaps and kids’ names. If you promised to send a follow-up proposal, you don’t leave until it’s delivered.
Responsibilities
What is the work at Simply Hired like?

- You’ll be targeting decision makers at major corporations from C-level executives and VPs to hiring managers and recruiters.
- You’ll be making 60-100 outbound phone calls each day.
- You’ll be giving presentations using GoToMeeting and MS Powerpoint.
- You’ll be using Salesforce.com to keep track of your activities, appointments, opportunities, and SALES!
- You’ll be learning and growing… EVERY SINGLE DAY.
