Travelzoo Client & Content Associates (we call them Associate Producers) work with managers and executives at leading travel companies such as JetBlue, Expedia, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts to develop online advertising campaigns leveraging Travelzoo products and services. They promote the hottest deals to more than 18 million users showing why the deal featured is Wow!
This position can be based in New York, Chicago or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include:
Support Director of SuperSearch and serve as primary back-up for all US and Canada SuperSearch inquiries
Partner with the sales team on click projections and making CPC recommendations
Partner with IT and client teams to get placements live and troubleshoot any tracking issues
Reporting performance to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensuring that the product offers the highest quality user experience and content
Conducting competitive, industry and user research and analysis
Determining and implementing product enhancements that maintain product superiority
Generate weekly revenue reports to recognize delivery for clients
Daily QA of SuperSearch results to find bugs or potential improvements.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional work experience, including 3+ in online media or e-commerce
Proven experience in implementing, analyzing and optimizing online media campaigns
Prior experience in product development and/or client relationship management preferred
Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
High degree of familiarity with online travel booking tools and services
Travel industry related experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
