As the Product Planning Associate, you will be responsible for the planning of all content and ad inventory for Travelzoo's hotel product
Qualifications:
- The Product Planning Associate (PPA) will have full responsibility for maximizing our Hotel Direct (HD) inventory. The PPA will be the main contact for HD inventory.
- Work closely with client teams to schedule and deliver on long-term AOIP clients
- Work closely with Top 20 desk to make sure that we optimize the content sent to users each week
- Maintain close contact with salespeople to alert them to available spaces each week, and provide recommendations of possible target properties
- Identify, maintain and lead implementation of system enhancements to improve inventory management
- Update all the inventory spreadsheets each week, based on actual slotting and delivery
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Passion for creating high quality content
- Minimum 3 years professional experience, preferrably within the media industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
