Advanced Foreign CounterIntelligence Operations (AFCIO) Instructor

Fedsys is actively seeking seasoned Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence (AFCIO) Professionals to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Operations Course. Our instructors perform a vital role in support of the CI Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO). Additionally, personnel will instruct in the structure and targeting of Foreign Intelligence and Security Services (FISS).

Requirements

Highly desired:

• Must be a certified OFCO case officers with (5) years field experience
• Experience in Bilateral Operations Surveillance Detection
• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)
• Familiar with Course Development, Curriculum Development, Student Evaluation, and Course Critiques

Required:

• Possess a current TS/SCI clearance
• Knowledge in CI investigation, functional CI support, Portico, and report writing
