The Senior Contributor, Delivery (Sr. Project Manager) is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale client engagements and/or multiple smaller engagements for a single client. The Senior Contributor, Delivery often is the primary client contact as well as the Organic team leader. The Senior Contributor, Delivery must balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. The Senior Contributor, Delivery has direct accountability to the Engagement Leader, who has overall responsibility for the client. The Senior Contributor, Delivery mentors and advises project team members on project management skills.

Responsibilities include managing the delivery team, and developing and managing project/program schedules, scope and budgets (including project P&Ls). The Senior Contributor, Delivery will manage resource allocation and utilization, identify and mitigate project/program risks, as well as provide thought leadership and direction for clients.

Education/Work Experience

• 3+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
  • 3+ yrs of experience in project management, web development firm or IT consulting (Big Five experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• PMI certification a plus.
