Position Summary
The Sr. Designer (Contract) is a strategic thinker who understands the impact that design has on business. The Sr. Designer has the confidence and integrity to present in front of clients and articulate concepts, along with a strong affinity for branding and identity creation, creative focus, designer genes and technical ability.
The Sr. Designer is responsible for executing solid designs that speak to the creative and art direction provided. The Sr. Designer works well as a team member on an account, understands how teams operate, and knows what is expected in critiques and team meetings, working closely to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and functions successfully. The Sr. Designer may take on creative lead responsibility and is expected to mentor designers.
