Position Summary
The Creative Director leads and directs the development and execution of all creative strategies. The candidate is responsible for communicating Organic’s creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities to current and potential clients, as well as across all departments, business units and service lines. Additionally, they develop and execute account growth strategies with account core team members to meet P&L goals set by the engagement lead. Presentation skills are essential at this level as it will be the Creative director’s responsibility to preset and sell creative strategies and ideas.
The Creative Director is a leader who is constructive, charismatic, smart and committed to producing high quality user-centered digital experiences. Graphic design expertise is mandatory along with team management and client facing skills. This position requires the capabilities to inspire, direct and enhance the efforts of a creative team consisting of associate creative directors, designers, information architects, and interface and motion designers. The Creative Director must have a well-rounded understanding of experience design, information architecture, usability practices, and technology. Applied conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day shepherding of a project to completion as well as collaboration with cross-channel managers, and technology leads are all part of daily life for a Creative Director. The candidate should also have an awareness of current industry trends and what the future holds for our space. The role will also require the mentoring and career development of their core support team.
