Position Summary

The Senior Interactive Analyst works with other strategists/analysts and client team members to develop analytic strategy for the client, understanding customer behavior, defining analytics strategy, managing insights projects, performing analysis and writing reports and POVs. The position requires strong analytical skills to provide strategic direction and data driven insights.

Responsibilities


  • Design and perform campaign/line of business analysis, interpret results and develop recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply various quantitative methods to combine and interpret information from multiple data sources.
  • Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions for customer and channels to improve client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives.
  • Develop presentations for internal teams or for clients.
  • Partner with the creative team by uncovering relevant insights, trends, and optimization criteria.
  • Achieving and maintaining fluency in relevant interactive technologies (e.g. wireless, broadband, social media, mobile).

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, responsible, flexible and able to identify what analytical challenges should be asked and how best to answer them.


  • 5+ yrs overall experience preferred including:


    • 2+ yrs industry experience: Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising or Agency experience. (Agency experience preferred)
    • Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline) test design and financial modeling a plus.
    • Experience in Digital Analytics (Website, Online Advertising and/or Search Marketing).
  • Bachelor’s Degree, in the arts and sciences (history, anthropology/sociology, psychology), business (economics, marketing), Computer (sciences) or quantitative field (math, statistics), MBA a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients.
  • Data Entry: Manipulation, Pulling, and Consolidations.
  • Some Client Interaction.
  • Some travel may be required.
