Position Summary

The Sr Contributor, Delivery Management is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale client engagements and/or multiple smaller engagements for a single client. The Sr Contributor, Delivery Management is often the primary client contact as well as the Organic team leader, which requires the ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. The Sr Contributor, Delivery Management has direct accountability to the Engagement Leader, who has overall responsibility for the client.

Responsibilities include managing delivery team members, developing and managing project/program schedules, scope and budgets (including project P&Ls), managing resource allocation and utilization, identifying and mitigating project/program risks, and providing thought leadership and direction for clients.

Education/Work Experience

• 2+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
  • 2+ yrs of experience in advertising, product information, project management, web development.
• Vertical industry experience (telecom, financial services, healthcare, FMCG) strong preferred.
• PMI certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
