Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the co-creation/design, review, and ongoing management of business practices, processes and systems to ensure maximum operating efficiency and ultimate achievement of office operating targets, including profitability and productivity goals. Lead development, new hire and introductory trainings. The Operations Manager will work closely with Finance, Legal, Resource Management, Engagement Management HR, and IS functions.
