Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for the co-creation/design, review, and ongoing management of business practices, processes and systems to ensure maximum operating efficiency and ultimate achievement of office operating targets, including profitability and productivity goals. Lead development, new hire and introductory trainings. The Operations Manager will work closely with Finance, Legal, Resource Management, Engagement Management HR, and IS functions.

Education/Work Experience

  • 5+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
    • 5+ yrs of relevant experience.
  • Marketing experience required (Interactive/digital marketing experience highly preferred).
  • Experience in organizational development.
  • General experience with employee relations and performance management.
  • General experience with recruiting and the recruiting process.
  • Comprehensive business management skills, encompassing tactical as well as strategic thinking.
  • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Internet web development, online advertising production, project management and finance.
  • Proficient in all MS Office, including MS Project, Visio and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
