Position Summary

The Group Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative strategy and vision within individual business units. The Group Creative Director actively participates in, and is responsible for, the business unit management team, as well as the global Creative Director Council.

The Group Creative Director is responsible for the operations and execution of the Creative Department and for overseeing development of the Creative Department process, methodology, deliverables and budget. The Group Creative Director is responsible for recruiting, managing and grooming creative senior managers, and leads the department to creative solutions that fulfill client objectives and Organic Company and creative vision. The Group Creative Director facilitates working groups through their strong interpersonal, mentoring, and team-building skills.

Education/Work Experience
 

  • 10 yrs overall experience preferred including:
    • 6+ yrs in a traditionally managed creative environment.
    • 2+ yrs managing in a multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, marketing, graphic design, animation, game interface design, Internet design, film, television, broadcast, publishing or promotions environment.
    • 3+ yrs working in a client service work environment.
    • 5+ yrs managing of ten or more employees.
  • Online portfolio with engaging designs is required for consideration.
  • Strong creative vision and methodology.
  • Bachelors/MBA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
